Sears to service dryer - Sears Home Repair


Sears scheduled a service visit between 8-5. Around noon I got a message the tech was on the way. About 3:15pm I messaged the online system regarding the ETA (estimated time of arrival) I was told at 3:15 the tech would be there between 3:07 and 4:45pm.
Later I received a message that the tech was delayed, but I was the next customer on the list.
Then I received a message saying the tech was there. He wasn't.
about 9:20pm I saw a message saying the tech had arrived. He hadn't.
Today Sears rep told me I missed the appointment, but they would reschedule for 10 days AFTER the initial appointment. i declined.

Then I got a call a couple hours later about MY missed appointment, and for me to call some number to reschedule.
Sears automated tracking texting system is broke, dead, non-functional. I will NEVER call sears again.
