After my ordeal with your service department today on appliances that I have extended contracts on, Refrigerator and washer, I can say that I will never buy another Sear%u2019s Appliance or renew a Sear%u2019s warranty contract. I use to believe that your service was the best. Today that proved to be a thing of the past. The reason that I purchase Sear%u2019s Appliances was because of your service. Your Dispatch and service department is the worst I have ever seen. My washer has been down since 25 November 2012. Service man was here the other day and did not know why the parts were not here waiting for him. He placed the order for the parts and said he would return on 26 December 2012. We shorten our trip to my sister%u2019s house for Christmas to make sure that we would be here. Then we found out today that he would not be here until Friday 28 December 2012. Why is Sears%u2019s service so screwed up? I was able to get the cal changed to Thursday 27 December 2012. I want some to explain why your service is so lousy.
